Terms and Conditions of Entry
- Entry for the 2022/23 Awards opens on 29th April 2022.
- BizBubble and Modern Makers Awards is organised by BizBubble and it’s partners.
- It is FREE to enter one Award category (Early Bird Limited Offer). Additional categories are £10 per category to enter.
- If you are a BizBubble member you will receive a 2nd FREE entry. (Get in touch for your coupon code to claim your 2 FREE Entries).
- If entering into more than two categories you will receive a FREE YEARS MEMBERSHIP on the Bubble Network Directory, you will be contacted within 3-5 working days with more information how to claim your membership.
- Entry for both BizBubble and Modern Makers Awards closes in January 2023. TBC.
- You may enter as many categories as you wish but we can only accept one entry per business for each category.
- You may submit an entry on behalf of another business or individual but we can only accept an entry if we can contact the individual or business concerned and they confirm that they wish to be nominated.
- We cannot be held responsible for any errors you make when submitting your entry so please check the contact details you provide.
- Entries can be submitted by anyone over the age of 18.
- BizBubble and Modern Makers cannot give an Award to any business or charity or individuals that cannot be contacted after the entry has been submitted.
- A shortlist of finalists will be selected in each category from the entries submitted by the closing date.
- Shortlisted finalists will be notified by email or social media in February. TBC.
- Business of the year Award and Modern Maker of the Year Award will be chosen from all shortlisted finalists from all categories.
- The judges’ decision is final and there will be no appeals.
- The judge will explain their choices when announcing the winners, but unfortunately we cannot offer detailed feedback about winners or shortlisting decisions or any details about individual entries.
- All Award winners will be asked to take part in promotional activity and by submitting your entry you give your permission to BizBubble and its partners to use the details of your entry to promote BizBubble and Modern Makers Awards. This could include but is not limited to websites, press releases and print.
- It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that they are the legal owner of all data, information and descriptions. The applicant agrees that none of the information will infringe intellectual property owned by a third party and that there will be no claims against BizBubble as a result of usage of this information.
- Where relevant you give the right to use your name and town or city of residence for the sole purpose of identifying you with this entry.
- The panel of expert judges will be announced on BizBubble website and may change in the event of circumstances outside our control.
- No responsibility is accepted by BizBubble for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or which cannot be entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of entry is not proof of receipt.
- Entry into the Awards is acceptance of these terms and conditions and prize terms.
- BizBubble reserves the right to deny, exclude or withdraw entries that do not comply with the BizBubble values including but not limited to sexual, religious or political content or ethics as well anything that is deemed as offensive or discriminatory.
- BizBubble reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all Awards in BizBubble and Modern Makers 2022/2023, with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control. The decision of BizBubble in all matters under its control is final and binding.
- BizBubble shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

- These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
